Helms Hold is a strange place.
Some scenery just makes you go WTF?
I mean, just look at the double face palming castle.
The Earth cultists also want this zone, laying seige from their rock spire.
Odd choice given the amount of earthquakes in the region.
But still better than the Water cults gigantic bird bath base.
The earth cult leader has a bad hair day every day.
Especially when adventurers "heroically" mess with his stuff.
Obviously he makes use of earth elementals. That jump.
Also gorgons that are best fought with bladed or explosive suppositories.
Most annoyingly he never runs out of bulettes...
