Now I kinda miss it. There was a certain... tactile feel, I guess, to that method.<br /><br />Then I end up in Everquest 2 and thought that the chest drops were amusing in the beginning. Now I don't even think about it anymore and just treat it as a normal MMO thing. It is still kinda cool though since common drops are from crummy chests with the more rare ones getting more elaborate chests. It can be kinda like opening a Christmas gift when you get an exquisite chest. :)<br /><br />I guess, looting is not something I care much about so any method is fine by me.<br /><br />As for "get to the extraction" point, I think it depends. If doing that is interesting in itself, then sure, I am all for it. If not just give me convenient exit since my only purpose to go a certain dungeon/instance is just to beat the boss.
